You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity carried out through accounts assigned to your organisation. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate user roles, maintaining accurate user details, and removing access when it is no longer required.

You retain ownership of the operational data that you submit to Terp. You grant us permission to process that data only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service for your organisation.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide is accurate and that you have the appropriate right to provide it.
